Competition Summary

By entering the Garlic Gum giveaway you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The giveaway is being run by Synergy Print Management LTD, on behalf of Papa Johns (GB) Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and based in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
• By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
• Entrants are eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) pack of Garlic Gum.
• Entrants are permitted to enter the competition a maximum of one (1) time.
• The prize draw is free to enter.

How to Enter the Competition

The giveaway website www.papajohnsgarlicgum.com will be live to receive entries between 00:01 on Tuesday 21st October 2025 until 18:00 on Friday 31st October 2025.

Entries after or before those dates will not be included in the giveaway.

A total of 115 packs have been produced for the competition.

Synergy Print Management Ltd and Papa Johns (GB) Ltd will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate, resulting in the product not arriving to the recipient.

The Prize

• The prize giveaway is one (1) pack of Papa Johns Garlic Gum.
• The product is a limited-edition chewing gum inspired by Papa Johns’ Special Garlic dip.
• The prize does not contain alcohol.
• Known allergens: Please check packaging before consumption.

Prize Fulfilment

• Prize to be fulfilled by Synergy Print Management Ltd, on behalf of Papa Johns (GB) Ltd.
• Successful winners will be notified via email in order to receive the prize. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Substitution of Prize

• Substitution or transfer of the prize by the winners is not permitted.
• No alternative prize available, in whole or in part.

How Will the Winners Be Chosen?

The winners will be selected at random out of all the entries on the landing page.

Two random draws will be undertaken by Synergy Print Management Ltd:

• The first draw will take place on Monday 27th October.
• The second and final draw will take place on 31st October.

The winners will be contacted by Synergy Print Management Ltd.

How Will the Winners Be Notified?

The first round of winners will be selected and contacted on the 27th October, the second round of winners will be selected and contacted on 31st October, with the prize distributed shortly after.

Synergy Print Management Ltd has the right to adjust the delivery terms above depending on number of entrants and postal delays.

Proof of identity and age may be required.

Post Promotion Publicity

The winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion with no further recompense.

Limitation of Liability

Synergy Print Management Ltd and Papa Johns (GB) Ltd do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway, save that neither company excludes liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Synergy Print Management Ltd and Papa Johns (GB) Ltd do not provide any form of practical or IT support for this giveaway.

Your Privacy

By entering the competition, you are giving consent for Synergy Print Management Ltd to use your personal details for distributing the prize and to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion.

The promoter will only use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on synergy-group.uk.

General

Synergy Print Management Ltd and Papa Johns (GB) Ltd reserve the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The decision of Synergy Print Management Ltd and Papa Johns (GB) Ltd regarding any aspect of the Garlic Gum giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Brand Protection

The winners must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the promoter, bring the promoter or any of the associates into disrepute before, during or after this promotion.
